And G2’s Fall 2021 Market Reports showed us that those efforts have been successful. Mosaic has ranked at the top of five categories in this report, which underscores our emphasis on creating strong customer relationships and exceeding their expectations of finance software.
We’re honored that our customers gave us the kinds of reviews to help us earn a total of five G2 badges—easiest to do business with, best relationship, and high performer both overall and for small and mid-market companies.
Finance Tech That Customers Actually Enjoy Using
Mosaic led the overall G2 Grid Report for Corporate Performance Management as the top company for satisfaction, based on various indicators.
We founded Mosaic on the idea that finance deserves functional, beautifully designed technology that helps them become true strategic partners. That’s why earning the top spot for customer satisfaction means so much to us.
G2 puts Mosaic’s overall rating from customers at 4.9 out of 5 stars, which tells us two things. One, that we’re delivering as a platform that’s modern, intuitive, and designed with the user in mind. And two, that we’re successfully supporting our customers beyond implementation. A review from Kalor Lewis, VP of Finance at Fivetran, said that “Setup and onboarding was fast, significantly different, and better than similar tools I’ve implemented in the past.”
Reviews like Kalor’s are how we earned a perfect score of 100% for ease of doing business together, earning us the Easiest to Do Business With badge.
This score includes additional ratings such as:
- 99% for quality of support
- 98% for the product’s ease of administration
- 98% for ease of setup
- 98% customer likelihood to recommend Mosaic to others

We’re proud of these badges. But we’re especially happy to see that in the overall budgeting and forecast and corporate performance management categories, customers gave us a perfect score of 100% for the product going in the right direction.
