Alla Christoforou is a seasoned strategic and financial professional with a passion for solving complex problems and a proven track record of success across a wide range of financial positions, including investment banking, asset management, and corporate & strategic finance. Her core mission as a finance leader has always been to build trust with cross-functional peers, which sets the foundation for the rest of the job and helps make her a source of strategic insight within Forage.
Finance has a unique position within the organization, not unlike the central nervous system within the body. The finance org sits at the center of information and decision-making. Apart from a handful of C-suite executives, finance has outsized visibility into what takes place in various functional areas and, if done right, acts as a connective tissue, analytical muscle, and trusted advisor to the leadership team.
